Smagma

Often mistaken for the more popular cousin term, ‘Smegma’, this term is used to describe the amalgamated residue (consisting mainly of semen, sweat, bacteria, and urine) of an obese uncircumcised man’s foreskin which has heated up so intensely that the smegma liquifies. The cause of the heat is from his absurdly gross obesity placing core-of-the-Earth level pressure on his genital area.

“Nurse? Nurse! Code Blue. I need a bigger mop for this absurdly obese patient’s smagma leak... No, not smegma, I said SMAGMA. This is the real deal.”
