10 kinds of hell

An extremely miserable situation. One isn't just going through hell, but an extreme, in fact, 10 kinds of hell . It can be very damaging to physical and mental health.

(Name Redacted, referencing an alcoholic husband), put me through 10 kinds of hell and made me out to be the bitch.
10 kinds of hell can cause PTSD. Child abuse, front line combat, emergency workers, indeed medical staff during COVID , there's no distinction which is more severe. The person may have been through 10 kinds of hell or thousand kinds of hell in each example given.

Kindness

A language in which the deaf can hear, the blind can see, the paraplegic can give, a mute can speak, and the numb can feel. Kindness can make you a beautiful person no matter what you look like. You can make someone's day just by showing a simple act of kindness.
