The Goal

The Goal is hockey legend and defenseman Bobby Orr's over time, Stanly Cup winning goal, on March 10, 1970. Through this game winning goal the Boston Bruins defeated the St.Louis Blues and won their first Stanly Cup in 29 years. This goal also produced, arguably, the most famous and recognizable sports image of all time. The picture features Bobby flying through the air (having been tripped as he scored the goal) in the 'superman' position, arms outstretched in celebration.

Nickname often given to David Lloyd George, The great primeminister during WW1, this nickname was given to him, as he charged down the Germans like a Rhino, and he was a great man.

When playing NHL 10 and you go WITH the puck from either behind the net or behind the icing line and shoot to the opposite side getting THE GREASY glitch goal to either tie a close important game or win a very important game! Getting a pass from behind the net, ALREADY having the puck behind the net DOES NOT count as the greasy!

The GTs

The "GTs" is a severe case of Delirum Tremens or "DTs". It is an advanced and possibly fatal stage of Alcohol Withdrawal.

Mike: "Christ! Cathy, bring some alcohol for Martin, quick!"

Cathy: "Why's that?"

Mike: "He's got the GTs!"
