When your car accidentally hits a lamppost & you blame it on robbers who didn't take anything.

You park your car up but leave the handbrake off. The car rolls into a lamppost & crashes. For insurance purposes, you blame robbers who stole your car & crashed it on purpose with taking any possessions. "Oh no! I've been pamposted!"
