Money for the projects is not the drawing element, it's the trill of creating, working and completing yet another project. This term is not be gender specific. This term is similar to Project Junky, you're hooked on being creative and taking on another project because you love the pressure of being creative.

Usage: "I'm such a Project Whore, so yes I'll create that design or work that project."
