Pacman

The act of a male placing his testicles on the forehead of an unsuspecting person.
This is also known as to"Pull an Eric"
There are several rules regarding the Pacman.
#1) Anyone who passes out too early at a party MUST get it.
#1a) The person hosting the party is immune, unless they aren't well respected.
#2) Anyone who asks you "What's the Pacman?" MUST get it.
#3) The same person CAN be pacmanned twice, but not at the same event.
#4) Tricking someone into asking you What the Pacman is, grants you ONE free pacman immunity.
#5) ALL PACMANS MUST be videotaped, and put on Youtube.com

History: The Pacman Originated when 2 geeks named Eric and Charlie were hanging out with a very "loose" or "sexually overactive" girl. Eric somehow ended up with his pants around his ankles. Charlie turned, saw Erics testes, and screamed "OH MY GOD I CAN SEE YOUR PACMAN". It's become quite the underground sensation ever since.

He passed out an hour after the party started, so Eric gave him the Pacman. He has sweaty ball prints on his forehead for the next hour.

n. (Military jargon) The essential workings of a nuclear or thermonuclear weapon. The "physics package" is designed by scientists at a weapons lab and comprises all the nuclear reactants used in the device, such as plutonium, lithium deuteride, etc. The military then decides how to deploy it (missiles, bombs, backpacks).

Military weaponeer: "The B-66A is an advanced, bunker-busting, anti-raghead weapon that is based on the Los Alamos E-1337 physics package. The guidance system uses a special neural network code to identify and deliver the device against brown-skinned persons of the Muslim persuasion..."

it started like this...

the office IT guy was telling us that we NEED to use VPN while on business travel. he says that if we dont use VPN, someone could use packet sniffer software to read our emails. we told him he's a package sniffer.

then we lol'd, cause thats the way we roll...

"those crazy ITards make everything difficult...they're all a bunch of package sniffers."

Quaker Package

A term used to describe an unsavory woman. Usually one with large amounts of cellulite, ie; cottage cheese thighs, giving ones body the appearance of being stuffed with oatmeal.

Daunte:"Damn man, look at that chick's legs, she's got some oatmeal thighs!"
Franklin:" Hah eww, fuck that man. She's got more than than that, she has the whole Quaker Package!"
