Danish Panther (a morbidly obese burger lover) thought that asking a group of bodybuilders what drugs he should use to lose weight would be a good idea. Somehow shocked that he was instead roasted for being a lazy fuck, he spent the rest of his time making up stories about being a spec ops super soldier, becoming fatter all the while. The state of someone displaying signs of autismophobia by refusing to give a person on the autism spectrum what they need to survive in this world, or deliberately being ignorant and refusing to learn or accept how the brains of autistic people work and operate.

My colleague refuses to accept how my brain works and understand that I need certain accommodations to be able to function. He is very autismophobic.
