Peruvian Honk-Toot

The sexual act of sneezing and consequently sharting on the male genitalia during full-penetration anal intercourse. A Peruvian Honk-Toot does not have to be intentional, nor is it exclusive to same-sex intercourse. However, the act must occur during penetration, or else it does not fit the definition.
