Loser eyes

A person watching too many sports events, ie baseball, basketball, football, hockey volleyball etc... That person watching his or her favorite team is always losing, hence the meaning of loser eyes.

Tim is always watching the Dallas Cowboys with his loser eyes and still swears they are going to the superbowl like they last did in 1996.
