A popular term that members of ineptly ruled/managed societies/people like to use to elicit guilt -- and thus, more importantly, donations -- from members of competently ruled/managed societies/people. This bellyaching guilt trip is not confined solely to international communication, however, and is often parroted intranationally (oddly enough, almost exclusively by folks who could stand to miss a meal).

the coat hanger kids was a Canadian TV show that was aired during the early 1990's.

marketed as a kid's show. it's main goal was to further explain the sanctity of life as of means of giving alternatives to performing abortion during pregnancy.

as explained in the pilot episode the "said" kid's where aborted children that rose from the un-born dead to speak out against abortion with the teachings of Jesus Christ.
