After making love with my wife I went to wipe the sweat off my brow and realized there was loose change on my forehead.

Also known as the Accidental Money Shot. After cumming a man pulls his penis out so fast that some loose cum flings up and onto his partners face. This is usually an unintentional act.
"My husband gave me some Loose Change, I was so pissed."
"Dude I came so much that I gave her Loose Change when I pulled out."

A head change is not simply the point in which you notice you get high. A head change can only be felt by a sworn toker who smokes every day and has been smoking so long they really don't get high anymore. A head change can be achieved by simply exhaling most of the oxygen in your longs and taking a huge bong rip. The lack of oxygen and presence of marijuana smoke gives you a type of head rush in which a vast majority of experiences can ensue. It is sometimes unpleasant and shaking can occur. A true smoker enjoys this head change and will look for it at the end of every hit.
Derek: :Exhales:
Bong : "Bubble bubble bubble bubble bubble bubble bubble, shuuuuuu, bubble bubble bubble."
Pause.
.
.
Derek: :Exhale:..........
Joe: Whoa that was a huge hit you got greedy you bastard.
Derek: :Shaking:
Derek: oh dude I just got the craziest head change.
Joe: I know I saw you shaking I'm glad I took the bong from you.
Bong : "Bubble bubble bubble bubble bubble bubble bubble, shuuuuuu, bubble bubble bubble."

Cho Chang was a girl Harry Potter dated. Most Harry Potter fans hate her because she ,as some say, was overly sensitive and cried a lot. She cried over the loss of her boyfriend ,Cedric Diggory, but this makes her human for griefing . She wasn't like Ginny Weasley ,who in my opinion is kind of a b*tch , who often threw hexes towards people and who was a classic Mary Sue ,pretty, smart ,funny and popular, who could do no wrong to no one. Cho Chang is strong ,despite what other people may say.

The Change Dynasty is English-language nomenclature referring to the first decade of the new millennium (2000-2010) in China, which was the nation’s most rapid period of progress and development in 5,000 years of history.
The term is a homage to dynastic imperial eras, i.e. Qing Dynasty, but is not derived from the name of any ruling class, but rather from the dramatic modernization and hyper urbanization that occurred throughout China after the new millennium, reaching its zenith in 2008 before finally slowing down again.
The term "Change Dynasty" is a neologism directly attributable to, and first seen in print in, the book CHINA: Portrait of a People (Tom Carter, 2008), which features in part a series of contrasting photographs of ancient tenements juxtaposed against modern steel-and-glass skyscrapers.

China is currently undergoing one of the most rapid transitions in its long history - The Change Dynasty. Do we embrace advancement or weep for time immemorial?
