An Adjective used to describe something or someone who is being random beyond any means necessary, causing total confusion and mind-fuckery. this could include conversations between a friend, pets behaving stupidly or companies claiming they now sell 'Chicken flavoured beef'.
Vitchin' can be used in any context as long as it is describing the insanity of the subject.
