That horrible dry unsatisfactory feeling on your tounge like rubber against a clean floor making it squeak or like fine sand paper coating your mouth pertaining to something you eat or consume

I ate a lemon causing tartyness.
Why do these foods feel weird it's as if they have a tartyness to them.
