Sasehead originates from the word basehead (a mudaphuckin drug addict) and sexi (damn..!!!i'd fuck herr/him). Hence the "s" in sexi and the "asehead" in basehead to create a whole new word capable of attributing both characteristics into one description.

A foolishly naive or incompetent person.

Someone who lacks education, experience and expertise, especially if they overestimate their own competence.

Someone whose behavior would elicit the question, "are you new?"

The implication being that they have just been born, feet first, and they are still wearing their mother's snapper as a hat.
