It's a Swedish tradition of running over the ice in the winter to Denmark, only to get chased back by Danish children with sticks (sometimes sharp) The art of running over the ice to Denmark in the winter has spawned many events, such as the naked Smorgasbord which was held in 2012.

Obama once took part in the Smorgasbord but he was black so they didn't chase him back to Sweden, cause no black people live in Sweden.
