Another name for the Supreme Court of the U.S. who are all so old, they resemble a scrotum.

Apparently, the SCROTUS has the ability to define marriage.

Scrotitis

Scrotitis (or Itchy Balls Syndrome) is caused when the athletes foot fungus (tinea pedis) is exposed to a man's scrotum tissue. This causes a rash to form on the scrotum causing what some call: itchy balls

Person 1: "Ughhhh I should not have had sex with that body builder. My balls itch."

Person 2:"Oh God! You might have scrotitis! Get it checked out!"

Da infamous "nine old men" group of judges in Washington who supposedly are manly enough to properly decide any legal question, but in reality don't have da ba**s to truly make a difference.

If you leaf back through the pages of old West Key Number System booklets from the '70's and '80's, you will see over and over that Justices Brennan and Marshall were often the only ones who ruled fairly, and repeatedly dissented with their seven other fellow SCROTUS judges.
