Prowl (IDW)

He is cold, calculating, PRAGMATIST! He is obsessed with rules and strategy and logic, and is kind of a jerk at times. He manipulates a bit too much, and isn't as half as nice as his other iterations. His design is fire tho. Also he likes to flip tables. Beware.
