Publeach refers to hair lighteners used on the genetila's hair. The use of Publeach is a controversial topic since its most notable use has been in the all-father Minouche and devoted followers of the church swear by Skanky Micky's words that Minouche is white because of all the fibre he got from a special concoction he refers to as "creme de la peni" more commonly known as jizz.
