A word to call someone who should know better but never seems to.

Girl: My boyfriend is mad at me for putting gas in his diesel truck. I just dont know what I did that was so wrong.

Guy: Wait did you put gasoline or diesel in the truck?
Girl: I put in the one in the middle of the gas pump.

Guy: oh my god you are such a nobtart. His motor is probably siezed up from you putting regular gas in instead of diesel.

Girl: i did put gas in his diesel truck!

Guy: No nobtart youre not understanding what Im saying. You put gasoline in his DIESEL truck.
