Parent: When I was your age, I played outside! I didn't have my face glued to a Nintendo all day!

Nintendoitis

Nintendoitis (noun) This condition usually occurs after you've played a console game too long. But was prominent with the original Nintendo Entertainment System back in 1985 with the original box controller. After many long hours of gameplay be it Zelda, Mario or Contra or whatever game you were playing, you would begin to feel pain in your thumbs and it would work its way up throughout your hand. But you usually wouldn't stop playing because you wanted to beat the game. But this condition can still occur with just about any game console controller.
Sam: Yo man I'm going to beat this PS3 game.
Tony: Ok I'll go watch a movie.
*three or four hours pass by Tony walks back into the room seeing Sam still at it.*
Tony: So how much further do you have to go in the game?
Sam: I'm almost finished but I'm developing a bad case of Nintendoitis.

Nintendo

Only insulted by those who dont understand their history, innovation or excellence, Nintendo is making a comback in the present time (2006). They started out as a japenses card maing company 100 yrs ago, asd ar enow one of the three giants of trhe gaming world. The predjudice against them are mainly they are a kiddy console or that they arnt very good. THis is rubbish. Nintendo are beating Microsoft and in some cxases Sony in the he gaming market. THis is coming from a SOLELY gaming compmany going head to head against HUGE corperations, with extra-curiccular money spinners. Nintendo will endure and release the best games. Fact. Nintendo have never ripped off. This is impossible, as 90% of the games people claimed to have been "ripped off" have been made AFTER the nintendo ones. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT! Nintendo are quaality over quantity and any arguemtn against them will be won. Nintendo invented 90% of the technology and inovations in todays gaming market. We take on allcomers. Fact.
Microsoft: haha look at our new wireless joypad with a d-pad and everything!!! OMG why are you ripping of Halo with Goldeneye and Metriod??
Nintendo: *sigh*

Nintendo

Nintendo, the company made famous for the NES (Nintendo Entertainment system) and the SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment system) was originally a card game manufacturing company, which became popular in Japan. They later became a video game manufacturing company. Their first consoles were a series of "Color T.V. Games." Then created the NES. Which was popular for the Super Mario Bros. game, which the main character, Mario, set a staple for Nintendo. The SNES came along, followed by the Nintendo 64. Until 2001, the GameCube came, and Nintendo was presumably put into Third Place in the Console Wars (see article for details) and lost the 2001-2004 Console race. Then, in 2004, Nintendo released a new, portable, gaming device, The Nintendo DS (dual screen.) When 2006 rolled along, Nintendo revealed their new console, the Nintendo Wii. Using motion sensing technology, it inspired many to get off their couches and actually feel as if they were inside of the game.
