Named after a well-known political strategist. It is the act of changing your original story and blame-shifting, pointing the finger, rolling on, cooperating, and or informing on a particular individual or individuals to save yourself from being prosecuted and or to get a better deal in your negotiations with the prosecutor. Another way of saying you snitched.

If I'm waiting in line for example and some fucking oblivious lanklet tries to stand behind me I will promptly go and pretend I forgot something until he checks out or there are at least 2 people behind him,

A word used when you're so drunk that you can't actually talk/spell/do anything. At all. Except lie on the floor, texting your friends nonsensical messages.

Moogery

Moogery is anything associated, furthered, practiced, believed or otherwise embodied by a moog. Anyone, including non-moogs, can participate in Moogery. By definition Moogery is any practice that is vile, rank, oafish, idiotic or middling.

Typically self-defeating, unethical and lacking class in any sense of the word Moogery is universally despised and should be eliminated by any means necessary. Moogery in any form is an affront to the civilized world.

As part of his "Moog Defense System" The Bob advocates the use of a 48" cattle prod as an effective defense against Moogery.

Several moogs were playing dice in the alleyway, I called the police to put a halt to their moogery.

The use of highly inappropriate language in the presence of someone. The verbal equivalent of pulling down ones pants and showing someone your backside.
