microfish

Refers to either:
(1) Archival film made from organic leftovers from da seafood industry.
(2) Long strips of celluloid negatives dat contain photos of da wimpy-sized bass and trout dat you hooked and then threw back.
If ya value da status of yer dental health, ya should never ask a typical forked-tongued angler ("I fish, therefore I lie") to show ya his rolls of microfish.

Microfist

It’s when you fist bump a short person.
Went in for a fist bump, got a microfist in return, that guy is way too short.

microflex

Bragging about money, possessions, connections, or just generally showing off but trying to make it look like you're not. Often includes exaggeration for self-aggrandizement and to offset insecurity, and also often involves something irrelevant, outdated, or otherwise not actually impressive. Frequently accompanies passive aggressive or microaggressive behavior.
Ugh, as usual John had to microflex, so last night everyone was just chatting about work and vacation and stuff, and he goes, "Yeah, I was talking with former district court Judge Greg from where he lived 20 years ago last night and they're going to Myrtle Beach for two weeks .."

Micromitment

A small, consistent action or decision that, repeated over time, leads to significant personal or leadership growth. Born from the idea that tiny commitments, when stacked up, can transform an individual or a team’s effectiveness, especially in challenging environments like Antarctica.
“Even in the harshest conditions of Antarctica, I found that making a single micromitment each day — whether it was writing in my journal or checking in with my team — helped me evolve into a more mindful and effective leader.”
