When you do a really stupid play that usually ruins the game for the entire team specially when this happens on an important match like a tournament.
This term originated from the video game Apex Legends and it is based on the player from Cloud 9 Zach Mazer whos known for his really stupid plays.

Sweet: so this is just a free win right.
Zachmazer: *Teleports right into zone*

A French diminuitive of "Madame"; "Mademoiselle" means "My little lady". It once was used to signify an unmarried woman, but concidering that it is a diminutive of "Madame", now it is just used for girls and young women, and the professional title for women is "Madame".

Still, Mademoiselle is used for young women by their admirers.
