A true Hectite Witch, male or female. This Hectite witch generally has a birthmark of power. The Johe Hectite's powers are natural, and needs no assist from candels, incense etc. It isn't even a necessity for them to cast a circle. Most Johe Hectites manifest telekinetic abilities and some rarer types are "firestarters" or can summond winds or storms at will.
