A term used for a person who takes being a jagoff to a new level. They amped it up or kicked it into "turbo" charge.

I accidentally dropped my friend's grande, double espresso, vanilla/carmel latte. He went all Turbo Jagoff on me, ranting, raving and swearing even though it's a GIRLY drink anyway!!"
