The sound commonly heard in cartoons at the point of failure, or at the end of a bad joke.

A term used in social settings, often as a reply, to express disagreement, disappointment, regret, or disgust. However depending on the tone in which it is delivered, wan wan can be used to express just about anything. See forget about it
