A boy whos fingers resemble those of the Lord of the Rings triliogy character gollum. A person whos hands are so covered in grime and grease that his or her fingers are discolored and disgusting. Usually occurs when a person eats cheetos and licks their fingers clean rather than cleaning them with soap and water, over time a layer of shit builds up and gollum fingers occur.
