(Female equivalent of being whipped)
To be totally controlled and dominated by your boyfriend to the point of being completely distracted, ditching your friends, and/ or doing anything and everything he says.

NOTE: there is a difference between sincerely loving your boyfriend and being flogged. Being flogged involves doing everything he says. Sincerely loving him means you may do nice things for him, but you at least know where to draw the line
