Noun. Describing a Fanny-pack or bum-bag style item, usually worn by a large or inanimate object. Slightly uncooler than the retro Fanny-pack fashions of the early 1990's, the Finny-pack is more of an object of ridicule.

Finny is a girl who struggles with anxiety, but is a very good friend and helps lots of people she is a drama queen and has anger issues. Lots of anger issues she is really admired by people. She is very funny. Well least she tries to be and probably needs therapy
