A man (or woman) who has an extreme talent at acquiring women, most likely plays lacrosse or hockey. You can spot these phenomenon's at the rink, field, bars or anywhere else there is a high population of well known birds in the area.

If the hobo whines then it is common courtesy to wrap back around and hit the same target again until he doesn’t complain. Typically exterminating is done to scare the homeless out of your town so crime and disgustingness falls.
