Drunksghetti

(n.) the Italian dish made with long slender pasta, cooked al dente, and sauce- made while utterly inebriated; any pasta-based dish prepared while drunk. Typically, the dish is not up to par with it's sober-made counterpart but the difference is indiscernible to the chef due to his or her condition.

John: I had too many shots, man, I just yakked up something vicious!

Steve: I know, I'm surprised I haven't. I didn't even eat today, dude. I'm so hungry.
