To be chinter but to not be dinter, or to be dinter but not chinter.
You cannot simply be both, the goal is to be as close to the center as possible.
Tis a constant battle of morals to focus all your power on whether you are chinter or dinter. But if you obtain the state of being that the "or" has, then your power is focused.

Chinstand

A chinstand is an acrobatic move often done by contortionists and acrobatic dancers. It involves going onto your knees then rolling down onto your chin while bringing your lower body into the air. It is one of more basic acrobatic moves and is the base for moves like chest rolls and floor needles
