Used to describe a breed of people that, at a party, upon realizing that they don't know anyone, recess into a corner or otherwise inconspicuous area and begin fiddling with their cell phone.

Vibrating Cellphone Syndrome

noun. When you feel that your cellphone is vibrating in your pocket or wherever it may be, you check to see if you got a text or phone call but it was a false alarm.

vice-versa as well: you don't feel anything vibrating, but then you check your phone after a while and find out that you got 548398 texts.

Me: yay! a text! i wonder who it's from!

*check cellphone* Ah shit! nothing? that's weird. I guess it's the vibrating cellphone syndrome.

It's this magical device that is shaped like a banana or a cube that is long that has electricity.
It is unknown and it's technology is still tested , use at caution.
It COULD be a device people talk in to and can be heard around the world... NAH , can't be.

Cellphone Shuffle

The lack of motor skills, balance, and peripheral vision as well as sidewalk weaving displayed by someone walking down a busy street while talking on a cellphone.

This guy in front of me is doing the cellphone shuffle and I can't pass him because he's weaving all over the place.
