A white boy who thinks that he is a Mexican chollo. They are most of the time blond hair and blue eyes and whiter than hell but swear they are Mexican. They mimick the chollos with their dress style and even try to speak a broken ass style of Spanglish. Common wollo nicknames are Looney, Wedel, Loco and Blanco.
