Whit Male Failing Up. In the corporate world a lot of unqualified white men receive unwarranted promotions. They are promoted because they are white men in an industry that caters to them. They are intrinsically trusted by other white men to do the job “right” and colleagues of other sex & color are overlooked. It’s favoritism and nepotism. It’s cultural and historicaly evident.

How did he get that promotion when he’s awful at his job? He’s just another WMFU.
