Captain Vostrikov was the commander of the Soviet submarine K-19. He raced against time to prevent a Chernobyl-like nuclear disaster which threatened not only the lives of his crew, but had the potential to ignite a world war between the super powers.

Captain Polenin: Lieutenant Yashim is the best reactor officer in the navy. He's never been drunk on duty before. We need him Captain, I urge you to reconsider.

Captain Vostrikov: I want this boat out of dry dock. Sea trials begin in 2 weeks.

Captain Polenin: The boat isn't ready Captain. The problem is Moscow. They organize party V.I.P tours, but were stuck with incompetent yard crews and deffective parts.

Captain Vostrikov: Sea trials will begin as schedualed. We deliver, or we drown.

A sycophant, a narcissistic. Totally ignorant and has complete contempt for what they think are

people beneath them socially. a person or activist who will say yes to anything and anyone
to advance their career and siphon of government money to pay for

their extravagant lifestyles at the expense of the regular tax payers.
Often will throw a tantrum like a child with aspergers

and blame everyone else except themselves if things don't go their way and
they don't get what they want.

voter fraud

A method of winning an election whereby votes are illegaly discounted, reducing the number of votes against the candidate. Or winning an election by illegaly adjusting the number of votes upwards so a winning candidate has more votes than they actually received.

I downloaded a video yesterday called "random american commercial VOSTFR.avi", but when I opened it - there were french subtitles all over it!
