The jump that occurs when you have your cell phone on vibrate, and someone calls it when it is close to your crotchal area. Usually accompanied by the humorous phrase "I'm vibrating". It is usually in your pocket when it says crotchal area, but see 'Texas Chili Bowl" for another kind of crotchal cellular jump experience

I was talking to my friend Mitch and I jumped out of my desk when my girlfriend called me, and gave me a cellular startle ....Actually it felt kinda' good.

This label has naught to do with talent, but rather level of publicity or Hollywood "buzz" this young female celebrity generates.

Also, more often than naught, performances by a starlet are painful to watch on screen.
