SoonTM is a euphemism for NeverTM.

Essentially, it is used to mean soon, except in a way that implies that it will never actually happen.

Person A: "I'll finish my math homework SoonTM"
Person B: "Ok. Good luck with that. Call me when you've given up and you want to play some Genshin Impact."
Person A: "What no, I said I'm going to do it SoonTM, not NeverTM"
Person B: "If you insist."
