Pooper Scooper

One who very often tends to belive rumors or trash talk about anybody or anything. Since the rumors are only spread by the people who 'talk shit', the beliver is refered to as the "Pooper Scooper" Get it??

P1: Hey, you wanna chill at M.J's House?!
P2: Hell NO, I herd he likes to rape little boys! I'm a little boy!
P1: Those are rumors! Quit bein such a Pooper Scooper!
