schmockey

The game of ice hockey played by females.

Hockey (played by males) is a vastly different game, with different rules (i.e. bodychecking), than played by females. Thus, Schmockey, should be called by a different name just as softball/fastball is termed differently than baseball.

The term Schmockey is a combination of the words She, Hockey and Mockery.

The she represents the fact that Schmockey is a sport played by females.

The Hockey represents the similarities Schmockey has to Hockey.

The Mockery represents the fact that Schmockey is a mockery of the sport of hockey.

As stated by a hockey player:

"We would absolutely slaughter the schmockey team, without question."

The only way Steve could see getting out of this 3:00PM process meeting and potentially this dead end job, was to conclude his opening remarks at the meeting with a good schmogging.
