We've all heard of resting bitch face, and I think we all know what it means. We would like to recognize other resting faces: people who just can't help but look a certain way without even trying. Our first is resting smug face: someone who just looks smug unless they're trying to look another way, like angry or amused.

That guy is so cocky, he even has resting smug face.

resting derp face

A relaxed facial expression which perpetually holds an expression which can often be described as cute, awkward, and somewhat silly.

The word "derpy" is often used to describe such people.

A bitchy alternative to the usual blank look most people have. This is a condition affecting the facial muscles, suffered by millions of women worldwide. People suffering from bitchy resting face (BRF) have the tendency look hostile and/or judgemental at rest.
