The Universal Law of the Lost Remote

The law of physics (not really) that pertains to the difficulty of finding a lost TV remote, set of keys, etc. The only logical explanation is that the item has dropped into a black hole and the only way to bring it back to this realm is to stop looking for it. Once you've gone about your day, it practically falls back into your lap.

I was late to work today because I couldn't find my keys! My boss was okay with it, though. I told him it was The Universal Law of the Lost Remote.

reebot

A person, usually a female, who unequivocally believes in an online, perfectly executed fantasy world; one that is unattainable. The reebot does not know she was deceived by someone who is nonexistent. Many reebots are unable to think for themselves.

The reebot tried as hard as she could to prepare all of the family meals, raise and home school her children, run the family business and promote her independent endeavors; however, she was unable to it and had to be hospitalized.
