The car accident ocurred in halloween, (2006) when 18 year-old Nicole "Nikki" Catsouras (so young! Poor nikki) died in a crash.
The road police took a photo, wich was leaked instantly, because the police did not publish it, was in charge of taking it the one who shared it with his friends.
