Pig 

Pigs are the second smartest animal in world, after dolphins, and before chimpanzees. Pigs, though intelligent, are rather messy, so a person who is unorganized and doesn't clean up is often called a pig. Pig should be considered a compliment though, for their intelligence. Obviously, pigs should run the world instead of being turned into bacon.
