Pete

A Pete or Peter is one who drifts through life as a weed smoking, white hillbilly from the mid-west region in the United States. Generally a Pete also enjoys the cheapest most offending smelling cigarettes he can find in foreign countries to ensure he has in fact the foulest breath possible. A Pete will generally consume high volumes of chocolate milk and various forms of candy from sunrise to sunset. Also a Pete has no disregard when offending others with his body odor and various other stinks.

Jake came over to the house the other night and acted like such a Pete when he started blazing his joints in the house.
