Megalovania effect

When a song created by toby fox becomes over played, the original song is good, however, it is played to such a extreme degree that it becomes annoying to here. An example is megalovania, which is a good song but became a meme and is a joke now.

A large or great power.
Roots:
Megalos- greek word for large or great.
Vania- no link to language, but could be seen as a parallel to mania* Power.
*Mania- greek word for madness

Megalovania surged through his body as the adrenaline kicked in.
