A city in southwestern PA about 30 minutes from Pittsburgh, notorious for It's flooding and coldness. Monongahela is the birth place of the famous Joe Montana! Monongahela is right next to the Monongahela River, Monongahela is elevated so "Mon City" has a aquatorium which is a seated area with stairs going down to a platform of concrete right on the River which is also I river front stage for the concerts "Mon City" puts on in the summer, it also serves a purpose as doc dogs stage for when that happens in the summers.
