In public discourse and the media, it is generally used as a compliment, implying that these policies are historically Correct and that Facts are more real than imaginary. It is also used to prove that something that happened a long time back, is more Historically Correct than politically incorrect, therefore discontinuing the notion that something was offensive, but rather is was Historically Correct in that timeframe.
Historical Correctness defines that Men in the 20th Century were mostly in Charge for a lot of stuff. To say otherwise would be Historically Incorrect.
