You've been gnomed is a video on the internet, of a gnome saying "You've been gnomed!". It started to become popular in November and December of 2018. To gnome someone, you either send them an image of the gnome, or send them the video. There are many other ways to gnome people, too.

gomertose

unfortunate physical state of a person who has multiple medical problems and no hope of recovery or meaningful life. their activity is usually nothing more than laying in a hospital bed as a rotting, dying sack of flesh. gomertose individuals usually have large families, all of whom visit at the time of impending patient death, only to cry out "aye ya ya...please do everything to keep him alive!!!" this essentially denies the patient a dignified death, and condemns them to a slow, torcherous prolonged demise.
