Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms didn't want a public process or public input. She just wanted to keep gulching all those dollars right into her pockets.

Gooching

The act of putting illicit items (usually drugs) in your underwear and on your gooch in an effort to hide them. This is used because when pat down's are conducted the searcher is not allowed to frisk the genital area.

If you ever get caught smoking weed, gooching the weed will prevent them from finding it.
